Clachan Properties welcomes residents with pets at all of our buildings. 

Owning and caring for a pet in a multi‐family setting is a big responsibility, and your responsibility extends to your neighbors. Recognizing this, we strictly enforce our pet rules designed to protect our property and ensure that your pet(s) is/are not an undue nuisance to your neighbors. We strongly encourage tenants and guarantors to study our pet addendum and rules before signing a lease.

General Policy

• Limit of two (2) pets per apartment
• Pets require a $300 one time fee for the 1st pet and a $200 one time fee for the 2nd pet.
• All pets are also subject to a $25 monthly pet rent, charged per pet.
• All households must be registered via PetScreening ($25 per pet).
• All dogs are required to participate in our PooPrints program (no cost).
